In addition to our digital guest directory, you will also find suitable tips on hiking tours, leisure or shopping offers, sights or events in the region in the daily travel guide.

Download the Gastfreund app to your smartphone or tablet free of charge from the App Store or Google Play Store and find out about your holiday destination before you start your holiday.

Several webcams in the region provide a relatively good impression of the magnificent mountain panorama or the current weather conditions. So if you want to find out about the weather before you go on holiday or simply enjoy the view via the internet, it’s best to enjoy the live images from the webcams.

Payment:

To secure your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total price up to 30 days before arrival.
Please make a note with your surname in the name of “Natur-Hotel Puint” and your travel dates.

Payment conditions:

The hotel bill must be paid before departure in cash, by EC card or by credit card (Visa or Mastercard).

Reservations are usually made in writing, by letter, fax or e-mail. The exclusive basis of every reservation is the acceptance of the travel conditions in the currently valid price list, which also replaces all previous publications.

Please understand that we can only accept cancellations in writing. Please note our cancellation conditions:
Cancellation is free of charge up to 3 months before arrival.
3 months to 1 month before arrival we charge 40 % of the total price.
1 month to 1 week before arrival 70 % of the total price.
From 7 days before arrival 90 % of the total price.
In case of no-show 100 % of the total price.

You can take out Hotel Cancellation Plus cover from Europäische Reiseversicherung AG, Vienna.

We would like to point out that a minimum stay may be specified during popular public holidays and during the high season.

We value individuality. This also applies to the design and furnishings. For this reason, our rooms and suites are available in different designs. The photos shown on our homepage may therefore differ slightly depending on the room.

Prices plus tourist tax € 2.60 per person and night (children up to 15 years do not pay tourist tax).

Children’s discounts

Valid for 2 full-paying adults sharing parents’ room.
from 0 – 3 years: 100 % discount
from 4 – 13 years: 50 % reduction
from 14 – 16 years: 40 % reduction

Single room

Naturally, double rooms for single use can also be booked at the Natur-Hotel Puint on request. We charge a surcharge of 40 % for this.

Dogs are allowed on request. Your dog will be charged € 20,- per day (without food). We ask you to bring a basket/blanket etc. with you. We also reserve the right to charge for any soiling or damage beyond the usual extent. Please also understand that dogs are not permitted in some areas of the hotel.

For the well-being of all guests, we would like to point out that we run our Natur-Hotel Puint as a non-smoking establishment. Of course, you are welcome to enjoy your cigarette or cigar on our cosy terrace.
